Price of a Home Inspection

  Our price for a complete inspection is based on a fee of about $1.00 per sq. meter (10.76 sq.ft.).  

   However, the larger the area of the building the lower the price per sq. meter.

   For instance:  The minimum fee, for a building under 150m2 (1600sq.ft.) would be $200, then:

151 mts2 to 300 mts2 (1615-3228 sq ft)  = $250

301 mts2 to 400 mts2 (3229-4304 sq ft)  = $350

401 mts2 to 500 mts2 (3230-5380 sq ft)  = $400

   Areas larger than 5380 sq.ft. would have to be negotiated

   These prices apply to a single building.  If there are multiple buildings on the property we would have to work out a special price agreement.
The area of the house is calculated by measuring the length and width of the house from the eaves (if there are decks beyond the building's outer walls, for example, they will be included). If there are additional buildings such as a garage, maintenance shed or workers quarters, the price for their review will be less.

   For properties located in areas beyond the Central Valley (Greater San Jose Area), there is a travel fee based upon the distance involved.
